With a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Sharon’s passion for nutrition began with a personal quest to enhance her athletic performance and has since blossomed into a mission to help others achieve optimal health. She is committed to finding the root cause of imbalances in the body, employing a food-as-medicine approach that emphasizes whole foods, lifestyle modifications, and targeted nutritional supplements to facilitate healing and restoration.
Sharon works closely with women experiencing the physical and emotional challenges of hormonal transitions, such as weight gain, brain fog, loss of libido, and poor sleep. Her signature program, Hormone Harmony Reset, is a comprehensive 12-week online course designed to address the key issues women face during this stage of life, including inflammation, insulin resistance, and muscle loss. My relationship with Sharon Fast began in the late fall of (2016) when my Doctor gave me 3 months to change my lifestyle or be put on Statins for the rising Cholesterol issue. I was already on Blood Pressure meds, my knee would pop out doing stairs, 3 am was my new best friend as sleep was a challenge.
Within days I came across Sharon’s launch for a health metabolic reset program. This was the best 6 months of my life. The wealth of information Sharon went through addressed my need to reset, and learn to use food to heal my body. With the intermittent fasting and low carb food intake my body used my fat as fuel and poof the weight melted away.

The result... a 56lb weight loss, no cholesterol meds needed and off blood pressure meds.

The program is designed to take 12 weeks. You do have flexibility in taking longer or taking a break for vacation as you have access to the program for 6 months.
You will have access to a weekly office hour where your questions will be answered live. Questions can be submitted by email in advance, and the session will be recorded for you to view later if you are unable to attend. The program includes a comprehensive library of resources, FAQs, and educational materials that can help answer many common questions.
Additionally, if you are a VIP group member, you will have unlimited access to ask questions via email throughout the 12 weeks, in addition to the live office hours. This ensures you get the support you need, no matter your schedule.
